Just had same problem on same van. It uses a 20 amp fuse which is located under the hood on farthest driver side in a little black box close to where you fill with washer fluid. This will almost be touching the body of the vehicle. On the back of the cover you'll see a fuse diagram. Check the fuse and you can temp swap two relays that are the same to check that. But 75% of the time, neither will be the problem. I had to replace the horn itself
There should be a schematic in your owners manual or possibly where your fuses are.
check your fuses, your owners manual will tell you the location of the fuse.
it's in the fusebox, look in your owners manual for placement of the fuse.
Look in the owners manual which gives a description of all the fuses and what they serve
Owners manual has location of all fuses. Interior fuses are usually on the drivers side of the dash between the dash and door.
All that info can be found in the owners manual.
Look in your owners manual. Fuses are listed by amperage and then what they control.
Check the fuses first. look in owners manual for location of fuse box.
look in the owners manual
it should be in your owners manual
A complete listing of the fuses, and what they are for, is on the inside cover of the fuse box. The owners manual will also have a listing of the fuses.
When changing fuses it is important to know which fuses goes to what part. The owners manual has a free fuse diagram, and there are usually diagrams on the back panel cover or the inside the fuse box lid.
