What model? A "Ford dump truck" could be anything from a Ranger with a dump bed attached, all the way up to a Class 8 truck.
Ford the F650 and F750, which are the heaviest vehicles currently in production by Ford (they sold their Class 8 truck rights in 1997), Ford Powerstroke, Cummins, and Caterpillar diesels were available, with a lot of the "Ford" diesels actually made by Navistar International.
For the Class 8 trucks, available engine options included Detroit Diesel, Cummins, and Caterpillar, as well as that Brazilian 7.8 liter Ford engine that you'll never find parts for.
