Are you sure there is no spark? Check the relays inside the engine compartment the eec relay is the first to click when the key is turned then comes the fuel pump relay. These ford relays are notorious for going bad in sequence. try listening or feeling for a click from the eec and fuel pump relays when the key is turned to on, if not then try swapping the ac relay with the eec relay or the fuel pump whichever one does not click and see if it helps
