To bleed the fuel line on a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire, first ensure safety by relieving fuel system pressure by removing the fuel pump fuse and starting the engine until it stalls. Next, locate the fuel line and disconnect it from the fuel rail. Use a rag to catch any fuel that may spill, then have someone turn the ignition key to the "On" position (without starting the engine) to prime the fuel pump. This will allow fuel to flow through the line, expelling air, after which you can reconnect the fuel line securely.

Fuel pump relay (along with other relays) are located under the front hood, drivers side. They are enclosed in a plastic cover which easily pops off. The fuel pump relay is rectancular, I believe its the second one, right next to the AC relay.
