The ac on blazer works fine if the outside temperature is below 85 degrees but when the outside temp gets hotter than that it wont kick on until driven awhile replaced compressor already any ideas?

This could be because you have a leak in you A/C system causing a loss of freon. When there is not enough freon in your system the A/C compressor will not engage, it will harm the compressor.

If it will not even turn over. Locked up A/C compressor clutch. Disconnect the wire going to the compressor clutch. See it the engine will turn over.
