It hooks up to the Injector Rail where the injectors are inserted into the Intake Manifold.

On a Lexus LS 400, the fuel injectors are located on the engine's intake manifold, specifically within the cylinder heads. To access them, the intake manifold usually needs to be removed, as the injectors are inserted directly into the engine's intake ports. This positioning allows them to efficiently deliver fuel into the combustion chamber.
It is inserted into the "A" drive. Most "New" Computers do not have the "A" Drive
It depends on the engine. Most of your 2010 engines have computer-controlled injectors. Older engines use "unit injectors" where a camshaft determines when to fire fuel into the cylinder.
The 305's injector will most likely be smaller then a 350's. Look for a model number on the injectors and see if they are the same.

The number of fuel injectors in VW Transporters typically depends on the engine configuration. Generally, most VW Transporter models have four injectors, as they are equipped with four-cylinder engines. However, if the model has a V6 engine, it would have six injectors. Always check the specific model and engine type for accurate information.

My car did this. I took it to get the heads de-carbonized and the fuel injectors cleaned out and it stopped doing this. Most likely it was the fuel injectors causing the problem.
When you replaced the injectors, did ou also replace the O rings? Are the injectors seated down in there OK? Try twisting the injectors a little after you've seated them
