the tire wobble is caused by bad bearings of loose wheel bering bolts. t5he last person was right for both of your problems,first the bearing is starting to freeze up and needs to be replaced before your tire beats you down the street,if it's bad enough you may also need to replace the out tie rod because of the heat and vibration that it gets from the bearing being bad
