Tensioner pulley is worn. Squeal disappears as belt warms up & stretches a little. Jack up front & support on stands, remove right front wheel, remove drive belt, remove tensioner arm bolts (there are 2). Either replace entire arm or just the pulley, the squeal comes from the worn bearings. It's cheaper to replace just the worn bearing.
