The main difference between the Dodge W150 and W250 lies in their payload and towing capacities; the W150 is typically a half-ton truck, while the W250 is a three-quarter-ton truck, designed for heavier loads. You can identify them by their badge or model designations on the rear and front, and the W250 often has a stiffer suspension, larger brakes, and more robust axles. Additionally, the W250 usually has a higher Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) compared to the W150. Checking the vehicle's specifications or the data plate can also provide definitive information.
If it is an automatic it will be a 727.

Kiso Suzuki was the owner of the Suzuki Violin Company, which was famous for the violins they manufactured prior to World War II. A Suzuki violin model W150 is worth between 200 and 400 dollars.
While anything is possible, that would not be a direct fit. The Dakota has a hydraulic control and the W150 is mechanical.
