Depends on the kind of grinding. The brakes may have been messed with, so you'll getting a constant grinding noise. If the noise is audible when you first turn the vehicle on and it not in motion, then you have other problems. If you only hear it while the vehicle is in motion, then you should take it back to the shop where you got your tires replaced.
Possibly the wheel bearing, if it makes a whiring noise when you accel. Or cv-axel, if it sounds like its grinding.

Grinding noises, wandering steering, strange tire wear.
On Front Wheel Drives, when the CV Joint is going bad it will do this because the joint is not wearing out and when turned you get a clacking sound. I believe it is the CV joint opposite of the way you turn that is bad.
A grinding noise in the front end when in four-wheel drive and turning can be caused by several factors, including worn or damaged CV joints, a malfunctioning transfer case, or improper engagement of the four-wheel-drive system. Additionally, if the front differential is low on fluid or has damaged gears, it can also produce grinding sounds. It's important to inspect the drivetrain components, as ignoring these noises can lead to further damage. Consulting a mechanic for a thorough diagnosis is recommended.
most grinding noises that come from turning is usually a cv axle that needs to be replaced. Can also be a bad wheel bearing. If you hear the grinding when turning to the right then the left front wheel bearing is bad.
Front wheel bearing needs immediate replacing.
Front grinding is when you and your partner's sexual organs are grinding together. It is more risky than back to front grinding because in front grinding the male's genitals tend to go inside the female's vagina. It is basically having real sex with clothes on.
Have your brakes checked, rust or wear on brakes can cause grinding when turning.
A grinding noise in the front of a vehicle when accelerating and climbing hills can be caused by several factors, including worn or damaged brake components, such as brake pads or rotors, that may be making contact with each other. It could also be due to issues with the transmission or drivetrain, such as low fluid levels or worn gears. Additionally, problems with the CV joints or wheel bearings can lead to grinding noises under load. It's advisable to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic to diagnose the specific cause.

sqeaking/creaking noises front the front of the car will most likely come from the control arm bushings or sway bar bushings. Bushings are pieces of rubber (or polyurethane if you have a performance vehicle) that fit between the metal parts of the car (similar to a function of a rubber washer). When the rubber gets old and breaks down it tends to sqeak/creak. These noises can be louder with temperature and humidity changes in the weather. There ya go. Have fun replacing them.
