More than likely the CV Joints are defective. These are the U joints in the front that drive the front wheels. Inspect them for a torn boot and damage. Replacement is the only fix.
I heard it was an intermediate steering shaft and cost around 130.00 dollars
When you turn the steering wheel and hear a popping noise, it could be due to the power steering pump and a sticking valve so there is not enough hydraulic pressure. It could be caused by the steering linkage going out or low power steering fluid.
The wheel has a whole in it.
Inspect the steering components, suspension, and brakes.
possibly off time.
Bad ignition coil
The popping noise you hear when opening a can of Sprite is caused by the release of carbon dioxide gas that is dissolved in the soda. When you open the can, the pressure inside decreases rapidly, causing the gas to escape quickly and create the popping sound.
I would like to know. I have had a popping noise in my throat for about a year now. My doctor says it's harmless and normal since there is cartilage and bone moving in that area of the throat.
Just grease the fittings... It makes all the difference
When their is air in the power steering hoses it will create noise. This is bad, as it can result in a dry pump which will eventually lead to pump failure.
the steering wheel wont make the front wheels make noise as there is no generating source from the steering wheel. it will be the other way around.
Could be the pump or maybe need fluid
