the cheap and easiest way to do this is find a good earth, and connect the negative off an old (working) speaker to it via a wire. then with the ignition off, connect another wire to the positive of the speaker, and test each wire with the positive wire, when the speaker "pops" that is the permanent live, then turn the key to ignition 1 and do the same again(switch, aka ignition live), then turn the lights on and do it. After this you will need to then connect the permanent live and test with the negative wire for the permanent ground p.s. after you have found each wire make sure to secure the wire with electricians tape, or fully connect each one in turn, to avoid fusing your car electrics with lives touching

In a Chinese cable with brown, blue, and white wires, the brown wire is typically the live wire, the blue wire is the neutral wire, and the white wire is the earth wire. It is important to double-check with a qualified electrician or follow local regulations to ensure safe wiring practices.
The names of common appliance wires include live, neutral, and ground wires. Live wires carry electrical current, neutral wires complete the circuit by returning current to the source, and ground wires provide a path for electricity to safely discharge in case of a fault.
crazy colours is good if you want bright colours (semi permanant) or live XXL is good if you want permanant colours tht last and take to most hair colours.
To cap live wires safely and effectively, first turn off the power source. Then, use insulated wire caps to cover the exposed ends of the live wires. Make sure the caps are securely fastened to prevent any contact with the live wires. Finally, double-check that the wires are properly capped before turning the power back on.

The standard color coding for electrical wires in a circuit is red for live or hot wires, black for neutral wires, and white for ground wires.
If you mean the wires in the battery charger's household AC power cord the three wires are "Hot" or "Live", "Neutral", "Ground".
