Answer sounds to me that you have a leak in your brake lines also check calipers and wheel cylinders or master cylinder.

That sound may have nothing to do with the brakes. I have seen the drains in the bottom of the doors blocked/plugged up with debris then the doors will hold water from the rain and slosh around to make that noise. Check the door drains.
