The ignition timing of the 1967 non-California 300 hp should set to 6 degrees before top dead center. The 1967 non-california 350 hp should be at 10 degrees before top dead center. These numbers are to the best of my knowledge, but may not apply to the particular 327 engine model you are using.

With aftermarket cams and todays low octane gas the engine will respond better with more advance but do not go past 10 or 12 degrees as the valves start getting a little close to the pistons
