obd2
The OBDII connector is under the dash on the driver side.
Assuming you are talking about the Power Control Module (PCM), it is located on the passenger's side of the engine compartment, along the upper edge of the firewall; the OBDll connector is located under the dashboard to the left of the steering column.
You can't hook up a OBD II scanner to that vehicle, it is too old.
Well without knowing what make ,Model,& engine size. According to OBDll PO1380= Camshaft Position Actuator (Bank 1) circuit PO 1381=Camshaft Position Timing Over-advan, (Bank 1) Give me the make , Model, & engine and i will double check. hope this helps...
hi, pls adv where is the diadnose port for Honda 2002 CRV. thanks raj
all cars 1995 and older have an ODB1 or ODB0, All cars 1996 and newer have ODB2. Unless the car has had a motor swap it should have an OBD1 ecu.
The OBD II DLC (data link connector) in most vehicles (1995, 1996 and up) is located just under the dash on the drivers side.
This is indicating an oxygen sensor high voltage. -This is an emissions fault. Go to Youtube and lookk at everything concerning that code and your car, it is not simple.
The DLC (Diagnostic Link Connector) is the multi-pin diagnostic connection port for automobiles and trucks used to interface a scan tool with the control modules. The OBD-II DLC (post-1996 vehicles) is usually located under the instrument panel on the driver side.
Most obdii codes are multi-digit, such as po300,po301,po302, etc. Etc. Po300's are usally misfire codes pertaining to the same cylinder...code po302 is a misfire in cylinder #2. A po300 code is a random misfire for any cylinder
It can only be done via the OBDll management system. Either at the dealer or you can buy a hand held device to access and erase the codes after it's been fixed yourself. You can take the battery cables off also sometimes and it will erase most of the codes but they will come back on when you drive it again if you haven't fixed them.
