The Owner's Manual calls for JDM black #15208AA100 or SOA Blue #15208AA12A, both number cross-ref to Purolator L14612. Your Purolator L14460 cross-ref to Subaru OEM 15208AA060. I got tired of all those darn part no. changes about the blue one, the black one, the short one, the long one. Do yourself a favor and do like me: Go to the nearest Subaru stealership and ask them to give you a filter that fits on your car. A filter change sure cost less than an engine change anyway.....
go to purolator's website, use the application guide, enter the part number and the list will display all the applications that particular filter will fit.
