DTC PO171 indicates a lean condition, this is caused by the air flow meter located just behind the air filter on the intake tube, here is how to fix this trouble code: Remove the air flow meter and clean the very small platinum wires inside the housing of the af meter with an electronic circuit cleaner, it is important not to use anything else, you can get it any radio shack or electronics store, just spray it into the opening to clean the accumulated gunk off the wires, clear the DTC and you will be good to go, install a new air filter.

If the VSC flashing light comes on at the same time on your Toyota Corolla, then there might be a sensor issue, and if you have a warranty, have it back to the manufacturer.
Try unhooking your battery cables for a few minutes. That usually works for me.
I did not tighten the gas cap good....Sounds crazy but i have that several times...

Clean the MAF. Then clear the code.
how cheak the chassis number of "corolla altis"
No, but check with a Toyota dealer to make sure.
The Corolla could be shaking for many reasons. Start by checking the wheel bearings and brakes for wear. Then check the engine to see if it running rough, causing the shake.
