For the cigarette lighter: 1 First check if the lighter element is good. Use a volt meter to see if there is voltage inside the cavity. If there is voltage, get a new element. 2. The fuse box is under the dash on the drivers side. Remove the cover and check fuse #10, it will be a 15 amp fuse. Replace it if blown, if not there is probably a broken wire someplace. Also you need to be sure the fuse is working in your car before replacing the lighter.
