The fuse for power ports, such as those in vehicles or electronic devices, typically protects the 12V power outlet, commonly referred to as the cigarette lighter socket. In most cars, this fuse is usually rated between 10 to 20 amps, depending on the vehicle's design and power requirements. To find the specific fuse for your power ports, refer to the vehicle's owner manual or the fuse box diagram. Always ensure to replace a blown fuse with one of the same amperage to avoid electrical issues.
The fuse for the power ports on a 2010 Kenworth T270 is typically located in the fuse panel, which is often found under the dashboard on the driver's side or in the engine compartment. You can refer to the owner's manual or the fuse panel cover for a diagram that specifies which fuse corresponds to the power ports. If the fuse is blown, replacing it should restore power to the ports. Always ensure the vehicle is turned off before checking or replacing fuses.
Try checking fuse #7 acc. power fuse, its 25 amps. Same thing just happened on my 98 Tahoe. The two power ports below the cig. lighter will also start to work again.

87 and 88 in the fuse box in the trunk behind panel on passenger side. Not sure which is which but one is for the dash lighter and other is for the back of center console power ports.
Had the same problem on my 2006 impala. The fuse (20amp) in the box under the passenger side dash was blown. There was also another fuse (25 amp) under the hood (passenger side) in that fuse cluster that was also blown. Replaced both fuses and all auxillary ports work fine. Understanding that any time a fuse blows, something abnormal caused the fuse failure, I am hoping that the previous owner possibly overloaded the auxillary ports. Anyway, everything works fine after replacing the fuses. Hope this helps!
