It sounds like the ground for the parking/turn signal circuit is bad on the damaged side. You mentioned sufficient power to all lights, I assume this applies to the parking/turn signals too. If this is not the case check the main fuse box for disconnected, pulled-out connections. Hope this helps,

A driving exam typically includes maneuvers such as parallel parking, three-point turns, and lane changes. Other common requirements may involve driving in various traffic conditions and demonstrating proper use of mirrors and signals. These maneuvers ensure the driver has the necessary skills for safe road use.

The four steps of the reaction process in driving are perception, decision-making, response, and execution. First, the driver perceives information from the environment, such as traffic signals or obstacles. Next, they make a decision on how to respond to that information. Finally, the driver executes their response through actions, such as braking or steering, to safely navigate the driving situation.
On a 1999 Honda Accord, the antenna is typically located on the rear quarter panel, near the driver's side. It's a fixed mast antenna that extends upward and is designed to receive radio signals. In some models, the antenna may also be integrated into the rear window or installed on the roof.

When a red X is indicated over a driving lane, a driver must not use that lane. The red X signals that the lane is closed to traffic, typically due to construction, an accident, or other hazards. Drivers should safely change lanes to avoid the restricted area and follow any posted signs or signals. Ignoring the red X can lead to fines or accidents.
