A few things can or will happen. You will most likely increase your engine life, especially if you are using low quality fuels (those containing ethanol). Greater fuel milage if you a running pure gasoline (Shell, Chevron, etc.) You will have less carbon build up in your cylinders. EPA fines if you get caught. You may increase crank case pressure (not good). Make sure you have a way to safely vent positive crank case pressure. Make sure you completely seal PCV valve inlet on the intake manifold.
