Either 1 or 2, and they'll be on one or both of your exhaust manifolds. Either 1 or 2, and they'll be on one or both of your exhaust manifolds.
Yes, however, they both take different intake manifolds, so you will have to transfer the intake, as well.

The manifolds mount to the heads, and are pretty much interchangeable throughout the life of that engine. There were two different bolt patterns used from the factory, and most heads are drilled with both. It's a pretty easy fix to add the missing hole and tap it if you run into that problem. Just remember that you must use gaskets if the heads are aluminum.
How can I replace the climate control light on a 2006 Chevy Equinox? Both my heat control and fan speed light are out.
First off is that you replace them both and not just one. The intake, and exhaust manifolds must be removed. The heads then need to be removed and checked by a machine shop for warping and cracks. This is a major repair that should only be attempted by someone with the tools and skills to do it correctly. If you have the tools and skill, I suggest you purchase a repair manual for the specs and detailed instructions.
Could be the water pump or fan clutch hitting the shroud. If you replace one then do both as the labor will kill you to do it again.
The average cost to replace an oil pan gasket on a 2006 Chevy Malibu typically ranges from $400 to $600. This cost includes both parts and labor, with labor accounting for a significant portion due to the time required for the repair. Prices may vary depending on the shop's location and whether original or aftermarket parts are used. It's always a good idea to get multiple estimates to ensure you're getting a fair price.
I got a price of 157.00 for both.
The knock sensor is located - are you ready for this? - in the valley of the engine under the intake manifolds. Both upper and lower manifolds must be removed to gain access.
The average cost to replace a catalytic converter on a 1994 Cadillac DeVille is $700. This includes both the parts and labor.
