First you'll need to rip out EVERYTHING that's computer controlled, then remove the tank and put in an older style that doesn't use the high pressure fuel pump that's on EFI vehicles, then put in an engine that uses a conventional fuel pump, or alternatively put in a low pressure (about 1/4 psi) in-line fuel pump, then add your carburetor and conventional ignition system and replace anything else that was controlled by the computer, such as transmission and who knows what else, depending on the manufacturer of the vehicle.
