The Mopar ATF+4 and Dex/Merc use different additives and are not compatible.

That depends on what type of fluid you are talking about. Transmission fluid can be one of two choices it could take the standard dexcron or it could take ATF+3 i know some chrysler/dodge transmissions take that. The oil should either be 5w30 or 10w30 depending on the weather if its hotter outside then use 10w30 if it's colder use the 5w30. Chryslers don't take the red anti-freeze they use the green originally i don't know if it has been changed out but your question needs to be clearer for the answer you want.
