Bank 1 is usually on the driver side of the motor and bank 2 is the passenger, sensor 1 is the one on the header and sensor 2 would be after the catalytic converters Bank 1 is the same side as cylinder #1. Bank 2 is the other side.
If you haven't checked for a diagnostic code you're running the risk of wasting your money.
