Hi-Speed Diesel contains detergents that enhance combustion through a process of cleaning up of fuel injectors that are blocked with harmful deposits. This improves spray pattern and prevents the injectors from "dribbling" with diesel. These detergents not only clean the injectors but also prevent the formation of new deposits making it work as good as new, every time

HSD is normally used as a fuel for high speed diesel engines operating above 750 r.p.m. i.e. buses, lorries, generating sets, locomotive, pumping sets etc. Gas Turbines requiring distillate fuels normally make use of HSD as fuel.

LDO is used for diesel engines, generally of the stationary type operating below 750 r.p.m.

What is the difference between Diesel and High Speed Diesel?

The difference between diesel and high speed diesel is that high speed diesel has special cleaning detergents added to it. These detergents clean the injectors, which makes the vehicle run better.

What is the difference between speed and light?

Speed is how fast something moves. Light is a form of energy carried by massless photons, these photons move at the speed of light, which is the fastest speed that anything in the universe can travel.

What is the difference between the speed of light as measured on Earth and as measured on the International space station?

there is none.

What is the difference between the speed of light and the speed of sound?

The speed of light is much faster than the speed of sound. Light travels at approximately 186,282 miles per second in a vacuum, while sound travels at about 1,125 feet per second in air.

How can light and sound travel at a same time in televisions?

They don't really travel at the same speed, but, on television, the distance they travel is so short, that the difference between the speed of sound and the speed of light is almost non-existant.

What is the difference between light rail and rapid rail?

Light rail is for street cars and trolleys. Rapid rail is for high speed trains and subways.

When light passes at an angle to the normal from one material to another material in which its speed is higher what happens?

The light will bend away from the normal as it enters the material where its speed is higher. This bending of light is known as refraction. The amount of bending depends on the difference in the speed of light between the two materials.

What accounts for the time difference between seeing and hearing a fireworks display.?

The time difference is due to the differences in the speed of light and sound. Light travels near 300,000,000 meters/second where sound travels 343 meters/second. Light travels almost one million times faster than sound therefore it reaches you first.

What is the difference in the speed of light between water and air?

The speed of light is slower in water than in air. In a vacuum, light travels at about 186,282 miles per second, but in water it slows down to about 140,000 miles per second.

What is difference between LDO and HSD?

LDO means light disel oil HSD means high speed disel

Why does light bend when it enters glass?

Light bends when it enters glass due to a change in speed caused by the difference in refractive index between air and glass. This change in speed causes the light to change direction, a phenomenon known as refraction.

One difference between reflection and refaction of light waves is the?

In reflection, the light waves travel within the same media and maintains the same speed but in refraction light waves travel through a different media and so their speed changes.
