The 440 V8 firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 rotor turns counterclockwise.
You have to be more specific. What is the engine size?
the firing order is on the intake manifold. it's the 8 numbers from 1-8 that you see on it. frank t
Under the tune up section of my Haynes Manual, it says that, "F- and L-head four-cylinder engines (1953 - 1971) have a firing order of, "1-3-4-2". Does this answer your question?
1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 Rotor turns counterclockwise.
the same as a Chevrolet, 18436572, but olds and Pontiac distributers spin oposite. conterclock wise.
