The firing order for a 1985 Toyota MR2 MK1 with a 1600 twin cam engine is 1-3-4-2. This means that the cylinders fire in that specific sequence, which is essential for the engine's proper operation. The cylinder numbering starts from the front of the engine, with cylinder 1 being the frontmost.
Looking at the left, center, top of the motor, just behind where the Dist goes into the block there should be a sensor sticking out to the left.
To change the cam belt on a 1996 Opel Kadett 1600 GSE, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the battery. Remove the timing belt covers and align the crankshaft and camshaft to their timing marks. Release tension from the old belt, remove it, and install the new belt, ensuring proper tension before reassembling the covers. The firing order for the Kadett 1600 GSE is 1-3-4-2.
