There's one under the hood, on the right side... labeled Fuse Box and then there's another on the left side of the steering wheel, near the signals, behind the little fold out compartment (which you have to take out to get at the fuses)
The text above is correct. I would like to add a few more details concerning the way that little fold door compartment can be opened without damaging it. First, you have to open up that little door and insert your fingers in the upper part of the compartment. You will feel that there is a soft metal clip in the middle. You must push on this upward in order to bypass the stopper that prevent the door to open to it's full extend. Then you will notice that in the lower part of the little door, there are some small pins on each side. You need to lift the door to remove the pins out of their holes. The fuse is one of those 15 amp blue fuses in there.
