There is probably some gravel caught between the disc and the backplate. Its only apparent when turning one way because of the way the wheel leans very slightly on the wheel bearing. It could be the disc pads or scale on the disc or excessive wheel bearing play. Have also known a back plate to have become deformed and rubbing on the disc after my (ex) garage worked on the lower suspension joints.
ball joint or tierod end
Worn ball joints?
Loose or worn belt.
it means that your cars tires need too been realined
If the sound occurs only when turning, (left or right) the most likely cause is a loose power steering belt. First check to see if the belt is tensioned correctly, or in need of replacement.
Most likely the front squeaking while turning is a brake issue. If this is the case and it is left uncorrected, you could be looking at a very expensive brake job.
Your rear wheel may be squeaking when turning due to worn out wheel bearings or lack of lubrication. It is important to have it checked by a mechanic to prevent further damage.
have steering pump checked sounds like it is wearing out
loose belts
cos its a renault
It probably needs to be greased.
The squeaking is caused by friction between two objects that only contact each other during the turning motion of the car - in this case, in the leftward direction. This is an easy fix - stop doing it.
