Try a PF454 ac delco PF35 also known as PF1218 its the longer oil filter if anybody wants to know 1991-1993 Chevrolet Caprice 9C1 with oil cooler lines. The PF454 is the smallest I've seen, with the PF25 and PF35(PF1218) the next steps up. Of course there is the massive 2-quart capacity PF932 if you don't have any clearance problems.

Best is subjective. I can tell you that Purolator, Wix, Motorcraft, NAPA, Bosch, & AC/Delco are all excellent filters of high quality and any of these is a good choice.
If you value your vehicle and want to protect it from internal engine damage, use neither of these filters. They are both poor quality. Use a Purolator, Wix, AC/Delco, or Motorcraft filter. They are high quality and highly rated. If you have a GM vehicle use an AC/Delco.
