Wheel bearing?
Could the lug nuts be loose? If not I suspect the wheel bearing or perhaps the shock absorber is broken or has come disconnected.
The first thing to check for a wobbly rear end noise is the wheel bearings. If they are ok, check the brake system for worn or broken parts.
without more information i would say it sounds like the wheel bearing.
What corner is it coming from, Is it four wheel drive? Check for as cv boot to be ripped. Turn your wheels hard left and look at the left wheel from the front and right wheel from the rear is there a tear on the axle cv boot or look at the u-joints of either side for grease being expelled
The left rear wheel !
Before I can answer that question, can you describe where the ticking noise is coming from? Front of the vehicle? Rear? Engine? Is it coming from your Wheels? If its coming from the front of the vehicle you might require an oil change. If its coming from the rear of the vehicle it could be your axle. If its coming from your wheels it could be either wheel bearings or a backing plate for your brakes. Does it happen at regular intervals? Are they random and sporadic?
Worn brake drum pads and possibly your wheel bearing.
