Oil on the electrodes indicate that your piston's oil ring is worn and requires replacement .
Oil is getting past the piston ring seals. That cylinder can not spark so it is no good. You have to replace the piston ring seal and make sure no damage has been done to the piston wall.

Oil on the electrode, the engine is burning oil. Causes include rings, hole in piston, intake gasket, pcv issue.

Oil on the top of the plug is caused be oil leaks from valve covers ot plug tube seals.
You are getting oil into the combustion chamber. Unfortunately this is not good news as it means you either have a problem with piston rings, or valve guides. Both are internal engine wear problems and fairly expensive to repair.
