The most suitable spark plug gap on a Ryobi CS30 trimmer is 0.025 inches (or 0.635 mm). The proper engine execution, enjoyable starting and fuel proficiency are significant when considering the proper gap distance. A gap that is too large or too small will cause misfire, hard start or bad engine performance.
It is important to make sure that the gap is checked when fitting a new spark plug to Ryobi CS30 and to do this correctly by using an adequate gap gauge. Such a quick tune-up can be revolutionary in the way your equipment is operating.

This part number is for a Champion RDJ7Y spark plug. Set gap at 0.025" I bought a replacement plug, DJ7Y, at Home Depot on 10/6/13 for $2.38 + tax. The DJ7Y replaces the RDJ7Y. This plug is used for other tools such as my Ryobi trimmer and McCulloch chain saw.
