On the underside of the actual hood, open the hood, look up at the metal underside. Most cases people are searching for theses labels in regards to EGR problems, the Ford egr code is very misleading, check your IAC valve for correct operation, but I would just replace the oxygen sensor first that is usually the cause of the problem.
Yes
You can find a vacuum diagram for a 1991 Ford Bronco 351 Windsor in a Chilton repair manual if the Haynes manual does not have it. You can also check with local auto stores.

There is no such thing as a 2001 f250 351 Windsor. I believe the last year of the 351 overhead valve motor was 1996.
the diagram should be under the hood on the sticker with the emissions information
A local Ford dealer should be able to supply the needed diagrams for the vacuum system of 1986 Ford 351. They keep these items on hand or know where to find them.
The egr valve on the 351 engine is located on the left side of the throttle body on the top of the engine.
26.4 pints or 11.2 litres

I assume that's the 351 Windsor that has the thermostat mounted vertically in the end of the intake manifold ( The 351 modified and the Cleveland versions have the thermostat mounted horizontally into the engine block )
get a Hayne s repair manual they have the best diagrams
