The prefered water would be "distilled" so as not to add impurities to the electrolyte mix. In a bind filtered tap can be used in small quanties.
If you're talking about a car battery...maybe. If it is a maintenance-free battery than there is usually no way to add water to it. If it is not maintenance-free than it will usually have a way to add water, but the only type of water that should be added is pure, demineralized water.
distilled water
Car batteries are filled with sulfuric acid, not water. The battery fluids get "topped up" with distilled water if they get low.
hypertonic solution!
depends on the kind of battery. a regular battery (aa,aaa,d,c) should supply 1.5 volts. a car battery should supply 12 volts
normal water.
You can use, for example, a Yuasa MF YTX16-BS or an equal size battery.
Make sure it is well oiled all over. Make sure power cords and buttons are free of dirt., Also, check the battery to make sure it is filled with water, and make sure no battery acid is leaking, then you should be good.
3 dozen everlast should do it!!!
The old battery should have the type written on the label under all the crud that has built up over the years.
Doesn't really matter what kind of energy source you use, water isn't an efficient media to transmit electricity through.
regular tap water
