I assume you mean the car is making this noise when it is moving. If this is the case, there may be a slight air leak in a window or door gasket. Try opening a window, one at a time and drive and see if the noise changes. When it does you've found the cause.
If the noise occurs when you step on the gas, the noise may have something to do with your air cleaner. There are some designs that channel the air so that it stays quiet when it enters the engine. If this design has been changed somehow, or if the airbox isn't sealed tight, you may hear an odd noise. Another thing to check is the air intake hose connection at the throttle body.
Other things to look at might be the air dam underneath the front of the car. If it is damaged it might be directing air in a strange way, causing an odd noise. Good luck.
