CHANGE IGNITION COIL EITHER CLEAN YOUR TBS (THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR)OR REPLACE IT THEN RESET THE COMPUTER THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION IS YOUR IGNITION COIL WAS OVERHEATING AND YOUR TBS IS STUCK OR STOPPED UP try the fuel pump. i changed a buncha crap on my 87 accord's engine, but it turned out that i just needed a fuel pump. $300 later, i feel like a jackass.
