Yes, the cells are constantly being replaced. Cells are constantly splitting and multiplying. In a matter of seconds those cells will be replaced by new cells.
if it's dripping water constantly even when cold most likely your pressure reducing valve on the in coming water is letting in more water than it should causing the pressure to rise, if it just happens when the boiler is calling for heat it's probably your expansion tank, it could be water lodged and needs to be drained and re pressurized or replaced. make sure the pressurizer relief valve is not dripping before your boiler reaches 30 psi, that's what they are usually set for on house boilers, if it is dripping before reaching 30psi it's a faulty pressure relief valve that needs to be replaced

in the engine compartment you have relays at lease on my 1993 i have 4 the no. 4 relay if removed car wont start try this. I have a 1990 aerostar 3.0, I shut it off and at the store, then wouldn't start, and I replaced the module on the side of the distributer and it fixed the problem.
The Ford Aerostar totally sucked and was just as bad such on the motor and presentation. It was replaced by the Ford Windstar, which also sucked on its presentation on its first model, but did a little better during the second model, which was later replaced by the Ford Freestar and Mercury Monterey minivan, which were also not doing a perfect job. The Ford Flex is the brand new replacement and should do much better.
