Honda Man'sThere is no manual way to tighten the belt. The serpentine belt tensioner is spring loaded and requires no adjustment. If the belt is too loose replacing the belt tensioner will be required. it should tighten automaticly, you may need to replace the tensioner
The serpentine belt you can look at the diagram in your engine compartment for actual routing. The tensioner mounts to the left side of the engine. You need to unbolt the whole assembly. Actually, the belt can be loosened by tightening the bolt of the tensioner pulley. When fully tightened, the pulley will act as a swivel.

If the tensioner is sticking and not keeping pressure, then there could be a broken spring or a piece rubbing. The tensioner will likely need to be replaced. If it will not move enough to remove the belt then the belt will need to be cut off.

The N14 has an automatic tensioner. Either your tensioner or your belts are in need of replacement.
the tensioner is spring loaded,be very careful. why do you need to loosen it. its all about leverage if you need to remove the belt use a 3/8in ratchet in square hole near bottom of tensioner
I'm assuming that you already have the serpentine belt off. its the smooth pulle, and bracket. located the pulley, and on either side there should be a bolt remove the bolts and pull off. steer the wheel to the right. for a better veiew.look under the panel, locate the tensioner it has a screw in the middle. you probably need a wrench.
