(35 Nm) on Excursion models or 23-29 ft. lbs. (30-40 Nm) on all other modelsBleed the brake system.Clean the wheel hub mounting surface.Install the front wheels and snug the lug nuts to fully seat the wheel against the hub.
I believe that caliper is held with 10mm bolts. Remove caliper, then caliper mounting frame, then rotor will come off.
