use NGK, which is best for Japanese machines. the specs to your plug should be found in your owner's manual.

Try www.bikebandit.com, they have a large selection of oem and aftermarket spark plugs, if you keep fouling plugs try to rejet the carb, or swith to a hotter spark plug.
I just put Denso Iridium spark plugs in mine (part #IK16): http://www.densoiridium.com/index.php But these are by no means the only kind of spark plugs you can use. Before these I had SplitFire Platinum.
