Nothing as long as it is a 12 volt battery. You may not be able to clamp it securely in place which could cause it to bounce around and damage the battery. It might also not have enough Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) and be weak in the winter. Why would you want to do this in the first place. Bad idea.
Check fuses as the battery change should not initiate a "No Start" condition.
