Lead additives were starting to get removed from fuels in the early 70s, but is still present in some race fuels today
straight unleaded fuel is used in the Zinmoto buggy
every car that was designed to run on unleaded fuel can be ran on reg. unleaded fuel,it just will not make as much power and or run as smooth as with premium fuel
I use 95 octane unleaded gas. The manual says go for unleaded only.
Yes but as soon as you do your auto will be natured to that type of fuel and if you go back to unleaded it will not run right.
unleaded fuel graded above 87
The octane rating in nascar is now 98 unleaded. It was a very short time ago 112 leaded. The reason for the change is simply they wanted to go "greener" by changing the fuel to unleaded for enviromental reasons. Please check out my youtube videos on racing fuels for further info. my youtube id user name is TheFuelTech.
Most definately. Year after year, Honda vehicles are some of the most reliable you can buy. You will not go wrong buying a Honda.

Yes, these cars are more efficient. Due to the fact that they use less fossil fuel to go the same distance as other cars, they, by definition get good miles per gallon.
The top fuel efficient cars is the smart car, and electric cars. My personal favourite is the Nissan Versa. Its small on the outside, but has the perfect amount of room. Its a good car, you can go 2-3 days on a full tank!
The advantage is that electric cars don't pollute and doesn't use fuel (gas, diesel, etc). But the thing is it can't go the distance of a gas engine or a hybrid.
