When l turn the ignition key to the end nothing is turning l have lots of power ear only clic it is a 1998 Nissan altima GXE?

Could be a dozen of things but first check your wires and terminals make sure they are clean and getting a good connection. Second check your battery, It may have a dead cell in it. Try boosting it off and if it runs fine until you turn it off then most likely it is the battery. If it will start by boosting it, take it to autozone and have them check your alternator and battery. They will do this for free. Or it could even be your starter......... so many different things but you got to start somewhere no pun intended.
