Where are fuses in a Crown Victoria 1985?

There is a panel under the steering column that is angled and hides all the wired under the dash. There should be 2 or 3 screws that hold that panel in place, and one locking collar around the passenger side mirror adjustment lever (assuming you have manual mirrors). remove the screws, and take out the locking collar (should be able to unscrew it with your hands). Pull the bottom edge of the panel out a little bit, then pull down gently and the whole panel should slide out. The fuses are located to the left of the steering column behind the removed panel.
