I was just under my car for an hour, and I finally found the horns in a 2004 Chevy Silverado. I used the panic button on my remote, and being under the car I found it. It is hard to explain but get up under your car and you will see it lodged up under the battery. There is also another horn in the exact same place on the other side of the engine.
