AnswerThose covers are called coil packs. They are installed with 2 Phillips screws. You will need a deep socket or a 5 inch extension to reach the recessed spark plugs.

You should use the deep socket instead of extensions because i almost got the socket trapped down there and wouldn't be able to get it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
