If you remove the two front tires you can easily access most of the plugs from inside the fender. There maybe be a rubber dust cover that's in the way but you can just move it. takes a little time to remove the tires but its worth it.
You probably need to be a bit more specific. I've got a 1972 El Camino with a 350 engine in it. I get about 17 mpg now that I just put new spark plugs and wires in it.

Need a universal joint and a long and short socket extension. 4 out of 6 plugs aren't bad except the last two on the right. you will have to disconnect some items and you can't get them from underneath (I've tried)
