The recommended fluid is Mopar Antifreeze / Coolant 5 Year / 100,000 Mile Formula HOAT (Hybrid Organic Additive Technology) I'm sure any brand name HOAT antifreeze would be adequate. You'd probably only find Mopar brand at a dealer.

The Libery comes factory filled with an ethylene glycol based engine coolant with long life corrosion inhibitors (called HOAT, for Hybrid Organic Additive Technology). Replace the antifreeze/coolant, 5 year/100,000 mile formula.
Hybrid Organic Antifreeze Technology. It is the 5 year formula Chrysler uses. Zerex sells it as "G05". Mercedes uses it also, but they color it blue. It is not compatible with GM Dexcool.
